Appy Couple Wedding App App Reviews

Needs an editing feature or new Appy Editor app ASAP. Good but misses boat with mobile editing. I chose this app because I thought it would have the same/similar technology to even the free dating sites, where you can update via mobile. An app like this should allow the couple to edit on the fly and not be forced into only doing via a PC/computer. Oftentimes, updates need to happen that quickly particularly for a destination wedding like mine. I would suggest that many who have accounts would be happy to pay a $1.99/month or $10.99/year fee if they could in fact have that editing capability. I will say though that this should already be included in the cost with no extra uncharges. However, I would entertain a nominal fee if that was necessary to get you developers going with the mobile editing initiative. Please please work that out---soon!

App doesnt work. Not intuitive as to what should be simple.

I havent spent as much time on the app as I have the website, but I am SO pleased with the company! Making the website was so easy. Any time I had a question, customer service responded immediately- always within the hour and with an actual helpful answer. (Mary was her name.) Theyve extended discounts to me, and you can change your design any time you want. Im very happy I used this platform!! Its perfect for what we needed!!

Appy Couple is easy to use, has a variety of design options and a world class customer service team. I contacted customer service regarding a cropping issue with the photo gallery as well as a specific design template I was looking for. Not only did customer service respond immediately, but they also fixed the gallery issue and custom made the design template I wanted!

1. Top notch customer service. They responded to me within minutes of my issue <which I had caused>. 2. Everything is so simple! 3. Very user friendly!! 4. Editing on the app itself would be a great feature for the future.

The app is a mess. Things dont load. Navigation missing. Really buggy.

Freezes after entering the code for a wedding. Wasnt able to use it.

I submitted a question because the instructions on the FAQ weren’t quite clear. I received an incredibly rude response stating that the way to accomplish what I was trying to do was “obvious and the first screen you come to”. Horrible customer service. Extremely rude and uncalled for response. Won’t be using this again.

To jump to the main menu you always have to go thru the "Open" screen, annoying! Eliminate this step! Also the photograph description navigation should be more intuitive and automatically cycle at a lower speed.
